Ghosts and Spirits

I will start by saying that yes I am a believer in the paranormal, I believe in ghosts and spirits and haunted locations and objects. Still, I do also believe that some of the strange phenomena can be logically explained. 

I've recently decided to learn more about the paranormal and am sharing it here.

The first thing is what are Ghosts and Spirits and are they the same thing? 

Well, No Ghosts and spirits are similar but they are not the same thing.

Ghosts

Ghosts are people who have died in a sudden, tragic or violent way. They haven't crossed over and remain earthbound and wander amongst the living, they tend to stick to the location where they died and in many cases they haven't even realised they have passed away. 

Ghosts want to be heard and they want to resolve any unfinished business that they have before they move on, though some do choose to stay. You'll find that some Ghosts love there homes or a certain place so much that they decided to stay.

Spirits

These are believed to be the soul of a person who has passed away and has crossed over into the spiritual plane. They aren't tied to one place and can move around freely, they are normally emotionally attached to living, especially relatives. They will appear now and then to give little messages to their loved ones,  this could be in a dream or through a sign that the recipient will recognise
